Residence for a young couple, Parana, Argentina

The project had to be developed within the constrains of a limited budget and available space of the existing residence. With land prices at an unaffordable level, the young couple that commissioned the project needed to consider adding their future mid-term residence above one of the parents house but still keep an independent access to the main entrance and to the garden below, where the rest of the family would gather on the evenings and weekends.

Residence in a narrow lot, Parana, Argentina
